A New Year and it's business as usual - almost!

A new year and let's hope it's an improvement on last year for everyone....eventually!
It's business as usual for mail orders and I will also be launching a brand new website later this month. I'm hoping to be able to take part in some shows and events during 2021, so keep checking for updates here and on my social media accounts.

Unfortunately I'm experiencing some delays for delivery of materials, particularly brassware due to Covid restrictions severely affecting production at the foundry. This will lead to slight delays in making up and supplying certain leathergoods to you for the time being. Please contact me if you need something urgently and I will try to help.

All orders of £75 or more will include a free 65ml Sedgwicks Leathercare and free UK delivery on all orders of £100 or more!

Due to the escalating Covid 19 situation, I have updated my Terms and Conditions. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact Emma first as a longer returns period can be arranged to allow for delays caused by the restrictions. Please do not return anything to ESB Leather if you have Covid 19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has, until your isolation period is completed.

Thank you very much for your support during these very strange and difficult times. Please keep safe and well everyone. Emma x

Abbey 1982 Saddlebalm is a made to a Walsall tannery's formulation of over 100 years old, and made from only natural ingredients including tallow, wax and oil. It is recommended for use on all leathergoods old & new, to penetrate & nourish it, keep it supple & protect from rotting. It's like butter - fairly firm when stored in a cool place but softens when warm - it's easier to apply like this! Just use an old clean cotton cloth to apply to every part of the leather then leave overnight when it can be buffed up with a clean soft bristled shoe brush. No need to wash out your cloth - leave it ready to rub over your leather next time! It will also enhance the appearance when leathers have become marked or scratched with use.Use regularly on new leather to protect and to encourage it to become very supple, then use periodically to maintain condition and prevent drying & cracking of the leather. It's great for your hands too! For dog leads, saddlery etc, clean any mud, sweat and grease off first with warm water and sponge or an old piece of towelling. The saddlefood can be applied to damp leather.
