Delivery

Most items will be despatched within 7-10 days, often sooner but may be a little longer at busier times.  Custom made items and 'made to order' items such as bridles, headcollars, cattle halters etc may take longer, so please allow up to 1 month for delivery. If you require items more urgently please contact me, and I will try my hardest to meet your requirements.

UK Delivery
Orders up to £60.00 GBP will be despatched by standard first class post. Postage & packing will be charged at £3.75 GBP per order.

Orders over £60.00 GBP will be despatched by 1st class Royal Mail Signed For Delivery and will require a signature. Postage & packing will be charged at £4.75 GBP per order.

Orders of £100.00 GBP or more will be despatched free of charge by 1st class Royal Mail Signed For Delivery and will require a signature.

European Delivery
All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for service. Postage & packing will be charged at £15.50 GBP per order.

Postage is charged at cost so if the actual cost on despatch is less than this amount, you will be credited the difference.

Rest of World Delivery
All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Postage & packing will be charged at £27.00 GBP per order.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

If you decide to return your purchase, please notify me within 14 days of receipt and return it unused with the original packaging and labels for a replacement or refund, within 28 days. Please return by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or obtain a proof of posting certificate.
Unfortunately I am unable to provide a free returns service. If you would like to exchange an item, the replacement will not be despatched until the original item has been received by me. Postage will be charged at my standard rates when replacement items are despatched.
International customers please contact me to arrange a return or refund.
I regret that refunds and replacements cannot be given for specially commissioned goods or non-standard sized items, unless in the unlikely event that the item(s) are found to be faulty.
Refunds & exchanges will not be given for items damaged through misuse. All refunds will be given within 30 days of cancellation or return, taking into account the original method of payment.
