In browsing and shopping on this website, you need to agree with the following terms and conditions, which in addition to the Privacy and Cookie Policies, govern the use of this website and our relationship with you.

The term ‘ESB Leather’, Emma Baker-Jones or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose office is at 2 Old Letton Court Cottages, Letton, Hereford HR3 6DT. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Please only use this website if you agree to the following terms of use:

  • Whilst every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly, there may be times when the website may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. However, we will try to rectify any issues as soon as possible so please contact Emma if you have any problems. 

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to return an item(s) for an exchange or for a refund, please notify me within 14 days of receipt. Then please repackage carefully and return in original unused condition with label(s) attached, within 28 days of purchase. Please enclose your Packing Slip with your contact details, Invoice or Order number, reason for return and item(s) you would like in exchange. Please obtain a Proof of Posting.

UK customers – return by the same Royal Mail service as sent and obtain a proof of posting. Unfortunately I am unable to provide a free returns service.
If you would like to exchange an item, the replacement will not be despatched until the original item has been received by me. Postage will be charged at my standard rates when replacement items are despatched.
International customers – please contact me to arrange a return or refund.

I regret that refunds and replacements cannot be given for specially commissioned goods or non-standard sized items, unless in the unlikely event that the item(s) are found to be faulty.
Leathergoods are guaranteed for 12 months from purchase subject to correct use and care, though it is hoped that your leathergoods will give you good service for many years.
Refunds, exchanges or replacements will not be given for accidental damage or for items damaged through misuse or neglect.
All refunds will be given as soon as possible after goods are received by ESB Leather and definitely within 30 days of cancellation or return, taking into account the original method of payment. Postage and packing costs are not refundable.

Receipts and Billing

You will receive a confirmation email of your order, when it is submitted stating the total amount payable, including delivery charges. You will receive a receipt of purchase with the goods or via email, when they are delivered. A confirmation of despatch will be sent by email when your order is completed.

Delivery

Most items will be despatched within 14 working days but may be longer at busier times.  Custom made items and ‘made to order’ items such as bridles, headcollars, cattle halters etc may take longer, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. If you require goods more urgently please contact me, and I will endeavour to meet your requirements.
UK Delivery
Orders up to £30.00 GBP will be despatched by standard first class post. Postage & packing will be charged at £3.95 GBP per order. Tracking information can be supplied on request. Orders over £30.00 GBP will be despatched by 1st class Royal Mail Signed For Delivery and will require a signature. Postage & packing will be charged at £4.95 GBP per order. Tracking information can be supplied on request. Orders of £100.00 GBP or more will be despatched free of charge by 1st class Royal Mail Signed For Delivery and will require a signature. Tracking information can be supplied on request.
European Delivery
All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for service. Postage & packing will be charged at £15.50 GBP per order. Tracking information will be supplied on despatch.
Postage is charged at cost so if the actual cost on despatch is less than this amount, you will be credited the difference.
Rest of World Delivery
All orders will be despatched by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Postage & packing will be charged at £27.00 GBP per order. Tracking information will be supplied on despatch.
Postage is charged at cost so if the actual cost on despatch is less than this amount, you will be credited the difference.

Complaints and Faulty Goods

I will provide the option of a full refund or replacement of goods within a reasonable time, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the customer ordered. I will give all refunds as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give a refund, taking into account the original method of payment.
Complaints will be dealt with fairly, confidentially and speedily.

All our website financial transactions are secure are handled through our payment services provider, PayPal. Payments made over the telephone or via Bank Transfer will be handled confidentially and securely and none of your payment details are ever stored. We will share information with our payment services provider only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website or offline, refunding any payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to these payments and refunds.
